Walter Parsley,
Attorney at Law
Walter Parsley has practiced law in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1985. He began his career representing plaintiffs in personal injury and civil rights litigation, and he developed a sub specialty in civil rights representing political protesters, gay activists and prisoners in San Francisco.
In the mid-1990's, Mr. Parsley was a founding partner of a law firm in San Mateo, exclusively representing property owners in premises liability cases. Some years later, Mr. Parsley returned to San Francisco and began a general civil practice.
Since that time, Walter Parsley has increasingly focused his practice on real estate and related areas. Mr. Parsley's current practice consists almost exclusively of real estate transactions and litigation in San Francisco and the nearby Bay Area. He is an experienced litigator/trial lawyer.
Among Mr. Parsley's varied interests are travel and languages, and he is fluent in both written and spoken Spanish. He believes strongly in giving back to the community, and volunteers his time for local non-profits.
